SYNOPSIS
As a high school girl, Young-sim fells in love with a college student named Im Ji-wun. They promise to get married but Ji-wun gets diagnosed with a heart disease that is hard to fully cure. When her parents strongly object to the marriage, Ji-wun disappears. Young-sim marries Min-ho whom her parents introduce. When Young-sim gives birth to Ji-wun＇s son, trouble brews for her marriage. Eight years later, Young-shim meets Ji-wun again after seeing him give an interview on TV. Ji-wun is now a novelist and he has just published a book entitled, ＇Lover.＇ Min-ho tells Young-sim that he knows that Chang-sik isn＇t his son and that she＇s met with Ji-wun. As Min-ho asks her for a divorce, Young-sim is greatly shocked. Out of guilt, Ji-wun goes abroad.
