SYNOPSIS

Discharged philosophy professor Kim Jin-woo is a talented man who is smarter than the people around him. Professor Kim grew up under unfortunate circumstances. Due to the mental pressure and stress from his childhood, he shows signs of schizophrenia. He thinks of himself as a speeding horse on a racetrack. Worried about these symptoms, Jin-woo and his wife, Hi-young, go to a psychologist named Hyun-woo. Hyun-woo does his best as a friend. But he is unable to hide his surprise as Jin-woo＇s past is revealed. Hyun-woo tells Hee-young of Jin-woo＇s home. Watching Jin-woo＇s pain, Hi-young falls into great sadness and finally kills herself. Hyun-woo grows resentment towards Jin-woo due to Hi-young＇s death.

故事
