Based on the famous Italian novel Cuore by Edmondo De Amicis , Education of Love pays tribute to all elementary school teachers who quietly devote themselves to the financially-unrewarding task of educating the children of today to become upright citizens of tomorrow. Jeanette Lin Cui, fondly nicknamed the "Student Darling" by her fans, plays a young woman who replaces her bedridden father as an elementary school teacher. At first she abhors both teaching and children, but manages to change her mind when she learns more about the story of her students and how much her father has devoted to his career, which causes her ultimately to follow in her father＇s footsteps. Watch out for a skinny Sammo Hung, who plays a shy and quiet kid in a single-parent family under the name of Zhu Yuanlong.
