Watching ‘Mumbling in Hell, Tumbling Down the Well’ Alone is a video work that uses the format of a dog show to weave together the artist’s own life with a fictional story. Its narrative is formed through the alternating voices of a family pet, a virtual guide dog, and a man wandering through a construction site seen from a VR perspective. The video is embedded in a game engine, again embedded on the platform so that the viewer can observe it as though playing a game in a virtual space created by the artist.
