The coming-of-age story of Dea, who gives upher singing dream in Indonesia to support her family and younger sister’s education by working as a foreign domestic helper in Hong Kong.After being abused by her employer, will she eventually make her dream come true, and become a singer?The film script was written during a one year acting-improv workshop with a group of Indonesian women migrants living in Hong Kong and Macau, who perform in the film.
