La fábula de la tortuga y la flor

Eliana and I have been friends since we were teenagers. We grew up together and always accompanied each other; learning how to become women, mothers, friends and political beings. But one day Eliana got sick and, not knowing what to do, I gave her my film camera as a way to deal with the uncertainty. From that day on, we began to film our last meetings. With the camera as a witness, free and shared between adults and children, we went through the small moments of life, where the everyday becomes transcendental, and love emerges as the only thing that can sustain us. This film fable is not presented as an attempt to stop the natural course of our existence, but rather as a way of approaching life and reconciling ourselves with its rules.
