“The weather is strange.” Kim Young-joon (Tak Woo-seok) is more than a little shaken when complete strangers begin addressing him by name. South Korean writer-director Eunuk Jeong (I’M HERE) has delivered a paranoid and entertaining dive that repeatedly curves tones across its short running time, from hard action set pieces to dreamy, melancholic psychedelia, complete with an amusing nod to a certain Don Siegel classic.
