School Leader

Set in a once-thriving government high school that has now dwindled to just 150 students and three overburdened teachers, this story follows a powerful journey of transformation and hope. The fragile learning environment is further disrupted when two groups of unruly 10th-grade students begin to clash, causing chaos and disinterest in academics.

In a desperate bid to restore discipline and morale, the school appoints a dynamic physical education teacher. Rather than resorting to punishment, the new teacher takes an unconventional approach—he initiates a student election, encouraging the students to step up, take responsibility, and become change-makers within their own school.

Through the election process, students begin to evolve. Rivalries give way to collaboration, and passive learners emerge as active leaders. Arjun and Divya, once part of the problem, become part of the solution. Empowered by their new roles, they take the bold step of inviting the education minister to visit their school, highlighting the critical shortage of teachers.
