The "Edge" tells the story of a poaching family in a state that leaves neither choice, nor hope.People live on the edge of Russia, making money by poaching. Children notice neither their parents’ humility nor the chaos. Chaos is not so much in the surrounding world, though, but in the people themselves. Time has stopped, the days repeat each other, and the children gradually become like their fathers. These people are cut off from the world, but they still continue to fight for their lives, although this is not always legal.
