SYNOPSIS

Jun-ho and Gwang-il are neighborhood punks who receive protection money from local bars. They tread over territory lines and take money from an area ruled by the Sang-pil faction. The leader of the Sang-pil faction believes that the Il-do faction committed the trespass. Il-do is paid an unpleasant visit. Il-do is now after Jun-ho and Gwang-il.
