SYNOPSIS

Wol-hyang, whose many debts are ruining her, has her chastity violated by the old bondsman, herb medicine practitioner. With suicide on her mind, Wol-hyang goes to a tutelary deity altar. She is then caught by the flesh-trader Duk-bae who sells her off to a kisaeng house. Soon her reputation for her beauty is known far and near. It is even said that a night with Wol-hyang can recapture youth. Lee, a powerful man, tries to make her his mistress.
