SYNOPSIS

Farm boy Sal Mo-sa steals some radishes and is running away when he sees Sun-sim splitting woods and helps her. When he finds out that she is about to become former official Choi＇s mistress because of money, Mo-sa tries to get the money for her. Mo-sa wins the reward for catching a thief but he loses it when he succumbs to Wol-seon＇s seductions. Mo-sa wins a rice wine-drinking contest. He takes the money and goes to Choi but he wants interests on the money. Two kisaengs Hyang-sim and Wol-hyang fall for Mo-sa because he is so strong. When Mo-sa is getting beat up for conning some men, Hyang-sim and Wol-hyang save him. Mo-sa and Choi make a bet. Mo-sa wins but he turns down Sun-sim＇s hand in marriage and leaves.
