SYNOPSIS

Penniless Se-hi leaps into the movie industry with dreams of becoming a star. But she suffers many setbacks. Se-hi starts a life in the red-district but she is again distraught when her first client betrays her. Then Se-hi runs into Yun-ki, an assistant director she met on films. She falls in love with him and helps him become a movie director. But Yu-ki＇s first film is a flop and they grow distant. After breaking up with Yu-ki, Se-hi becomes the second wife of an old man who has wealth and means. Se-hi now has the high-class life and spending power she had dreamed of. But she is unable to bear the constant scrutiny, conflict and control of her desire. Finally, Se-hi runs away from her marriage. She meets up with Yun-ki again and realizes what life is truly about.
