Jang-pyung has earned some money. On his way to see Hwa-hyang, his fiancee, Jang-pyung runs into Bong-ryong, who arranges cockfights. Jang-pyung learns that Hwa-hyang has been dragged off by a man named Sa Ma-chun. Jang-pyung goes looking for him but he gets robbed of all his money and is thrown out to starve. So-jin saves him from death. When Jang-pyung learns that she is also looking to avenge her parents, they work together. So-jin and Jang-pyung learn that Bong-ryong is a master of the same house of martial arts as Ma-chun. They train under him. Meanwhile, Ma-chun tries to get rid of Bong-ryong because Bong-ryong knows of his wrongdoings. On the day of the fight, Ma-chun defeats So-jin and Bong-ryong with his frightful fighting skills but Jang-ryong defeats Ma-chun with the new technique he＇s developed.
