SYNOPSIS

Chu Myung-ho is a worker in a chemical factory in a small town in North Korea. He gets involved with a female worker and gets her pregnant. When she dies while trying to have an abortion, Chu goes crazy and rapes and strangles a female soldier. He rescues a young worker from being beaten for sleeping on the job and tries to incite his fellow workers. But his attempt at a riot fails and many workers are killed. Escaping death narrowly, Myung-ho makes a run for South Korea. But he is shot to death before he can run to freedom.

故事
