A mystical experience unfolds as the movements of celestial bodies envelop the landscape and its inhabitants.
Drawing on her 16mm footage of a solar eclipse shot in Western Australia earlier this year, filmmaker Sabina Maselli manipulates images in a series of analog processing techniques to form a layered choreography of the event, capturing the mystical experience as it unfolds.
