Margarita Ruiz is a brilliant psychologist who joins the staff of a 2nd division football team. Margarita is a modern woman, of her time, ambitious and a great professional. Her way of being contrasts with the deeply macho character of the football club. Soon a great conflict between Margarita’s ideas and the Club’s prejudices against women, especially rooted in its management team, will arise.
