In six chapters, Fermín Sales explores private archival footage of Castelló, a province in Spain. He pays special attention to the meaning of materials and images we retrieve from the past to bring them into the present. Who immortalized the people in these images and why? In the process, the filmmaker recognizes himself in the landscape, the tradition, the rituals and the people depicted.
