Le Miracle d'Helvetia

Chapter Six of Guerreiro do Divino Amor＇s Superfictional World Atlas project, “The Miracle Of Helvetia” explores Switzerland as a superfictional ideal of beauty, richness, and perfection, an embodiment of the pinnacle of civilization. Helvetia, the two-headed mother goddess, reigns supreme over her superfictional Olympus. One of her faces is blind, deaf, and mute, remaining insensitive to the convulsions of the world around her. Her other face is on constant alert and observes every movement of the Olympic citizens with an inexorable controlling gaze. She performs miracles with an optimism based on the certainty of her own eternal existence. Fossilized yet opportunistic, she is aware of the sacrifices needed to keep the Olympus floating high above the world, and is willing to do absolutely anything to safeguard its continued ascent to the heavens.
