A Nativa Solitária

In 1954, the filmmaker Francisco de Almeida Fleming dedicated the documentary Luz del Fuego. A Lonely Native to Dora Vivacqua. The film does not focus on the most scandalous aspects of her performative facet, but the other way round: the male voiceover narrating the film highlights Dora Vivacqua as a representative of naturism, the abandonment of artifice and the return to a simple and healthy lifestyle - remember that she was a vegetarian and did not drink alcohol -, making us see that human beings have forgotten about nature (to illustrate this, seamstresses and typists complaining of lower back pain due to a sedentary lifestyle are shown).
