Sahar is a young Iranian woman that was condemned to isolation by her ultra conservative family when they discovered that she was having an affair. After being punished physically and publicly, Sahar escapes from Iran. She ends up in São Paulo, Brazil, and has to restart her life in a violent but also libertarian society. In São Paulo, Sahar will find love, freedom and new forms of sexism.
