Rio desborde es un ensayo audiovisual que sigue las orillas del río Tietê, en São Paulo, Brasil, y el río Mapocho, en Santiago, Chile, en su perímetro urbano. Una observación y registro de las personas y lugares afectados por las aguas y olvidados, como estos ríos. Memorias de lo cotidiano y parte de la historia política reciente aparecen. Rio desborde is an audiovisual essay that follows the banks of the Tietê River, in São Paulo, Brazil, and the Mapocho River, in Santiago, Chile, in its urban perimeter. An observation and record of the people and places affected by the waters and forgotten, like these rivers. Memories of the everyday and part of recent political history appear. Reflection on the floods and the crisis of the development model of two Latin American cities.
