Soy Cris de Tierra Bomba

Cristian, an Afro-Colombian millennial from the Caribbean island of Tierra Bomba, dreams of being a famous actor. He gained a scholarship to study Performing Arts, but he decided to drop out of drama school two years later, and ventured into Colombia’s capital city in search of success. Once there, he faces a hostile reality, which makes him question what he really wants in life. Cristian meets someone who invites him on several trips around the world, which allows him to understand himself. Finally in Austria, Cristian lets his mask drop off and he overcomes his fears – he is finally able to freely live his sexuality. His black wings become a symbol for someone who wants to fly freely, without being labeled. Josephine, the director, follows Cristian for seven years in his quest for freedom.
