Fluxos

Fluxes is a documentary about the contexts of the street situation and the so called “crackland” of São Paulo. The narrative follows the lives of three characters of the context, through a human, respectful and poetic eye, seeking to understand their lifestyles, their trajectories, their personal relationships, their dreams and frustrations. Shot by a Director who worked with these populations for four years, the narrative emerges from inside the territory and reveals humanities of the context. The film is structured around the sensitive life of França, Janaína and Dentinho (Cleiton), but also opens up to other insertions, as street scenes, testimonials of other characters, radio and TV news, and scenes of performances in the context, in order to compose a multifaceted vision of such a complex and tough universe.
