Hye-rim finds a conscience and humanity in Hyun-wu and falls in love with him. Hyun-wu is a sculptor who＇s on the run for homicide. When a rich businessman named Shin Heung-chol, seduces wife of Suk-hyun, a friend of Hyun-wu, Suk-hyun commits suicide. Hyun-wu shoots at Heung-chol. Hyun-wu promises Hye-rim that he will return on the last train and leaves for Seoul. But he fails to come back on the last train and Hye-rim ends up meeting a veteran detective named Roh. Hyun-wu was discovered on the train and died in the struggle. Hye-rim keeps waiting for her pure love to arrive on the last train.
