"Home From Above" is a nationwide project in Taiwan. Each year, lead instructor Ms. Huang faces heavy financial pressure. Counselor Guo Yan-ling returns to Penghu’s Shili Elementary to guide students in documentary filmmaking, while confronting emotions about her estranged father. Chen Pin-chao, a recent graduate, stays to keep learning, hoping to carve a new path. This four-year journey reveals education, struggle, and transformation.
