Batguano Returns - Roben na Estrada

Ten years after the first film, Tavinho Teixeira (collaborating once again with his frequent partner Fred Benevides) revisits the acid iconography of the now-classic Batguano, only to turn it even further inside out. A truly unique film, where the road becomes a symbol for a range of human, political, and cinematic questions. In it, the contemporary breakdown of relationships provides the backdrop for a punk, radical cry for life — particularly life beyond the chains of a bourgeois, uptight capitalist society.
