For nearly 30 years, a team at Tzu Chi University＇s Department of Anatomy and Medical Simulation Center has been supporting these Silent Mentors. This team includes staff who are on-call 24/7, coordinators who work with physicians to arrange cadaver dissections and simulated surgery courses, and organizers who conduct heartfelt ceremonies to comfort the families. They assist medical students and doctors in refining their surgical skills, thus fulfilling the Silent Mentors＇ last wishes to advance medical education.
