Middle-aged Emma shows up for work. She works at a closed psychiatric ward. We follow her and her colleagues for the first 20 minutes of their shift, filmed in one take. The atmosphere is tense. They are understaffed and seem worn down from the start. The working environment is clearly at a low. A shocking and poignant insight into a part of the healthcare system that has some of society＇s most vulnerable existences between its hands.
