The documentary ＇PRESENT BODY＇ investigates the body as a form of art, expression and identity, presenting works, artists and thinkers that reflect on the theme. The film deals with the symbolism of the body through one of the main contemporary artistic expressions - Performance - which several scholars underline as a new ideology, typical of our time. The multiple bodies that make up the documentary are political bodies that create and propose new universes, signaling new ways of being in the world, translating contemporary society in all its complexity.
