Nothing More Boring

A young city dweller finds solace from their anonymous existence through a companionship that manifests in dreams. Living in a transient share house, they are surrounded by tedious conversations and unfulfilling interactions. Monotonous everyday life contrasts with their night-time routine, through which they find themselves in a friendship only accessible in their subconscious. As the pair become more familiar, our protagonist begins to sacrifice sanity for companionship. Soon, reality seeps in and tensions start to rise. But when all seems lost, the real world reveals itself to be closer to dreams than it seems.
