Across the Himalaya

Across the Himalaya is a documentary that will take the audience on Jasper and Rashmita＇s personal journey from a poverty-stricken childhood to where they are today, helping educate rural children all over Nepal. It tells the story of the hardships their families had to go through to put them in school and how education helped them turn their lives around. We simultaneously follow Jasper and Rashmita on their recent project in Far-West Nepal - journeying over 5,600 meters across the Himalayas to build computer labs and libraries in 13 schools, thus helping more than 2600 rural children to have a better future through education. Yet ultimately this is an inspiring story of how one through hard work, extraordinary will-power and collaboration can overcome any challenge and inspire change to improve society for a better tomorrow.
