Manayun - My Wonderland

MANAYUN MY WONDERLAND is a real life documentary on the journey of a young village teacher (earlier a factory worker) living in a remote district of Odisha, India who takes up the challenge to bring children of the nearby tribal community (Kutia Kondh) to School.

SMILE FILMS An initiative of Smile Foundation, an Indian social development organization, is directly benefitting over 15 lakh children and their families every year. Smile Foundation has more than 400 live welfare projects on education, healthcare, livelihood, and women’s empowerment in over 2,000 remote villages and urban slums across 25 states of India. Smile Foundation strongly believes that unless members of the civil society are involved proactively in the process of development, sustainable change will not happen. Following this model of Civic Driven Change, Smile Foundation sensitizes and engages the civil society, making it an active partner in all its welfare initiatives. For some time now, Smile Foundation has been deploying GOOD CINEMA as a medium in sensitizing the masses, and engaging them proactively in the process of initiating social change.
