OPEN FACE is a docu-roadmovie that tells what happened between the months of February and May 2020. While it was happening. It is the only film shot in the worst affected Covid areas during a health emergency. The film starts from Lombardy, Piedmont and Veneto. Like an imaginary line that represents the point of contact in the battle against the virus. It is the story of a journey within a territory devastated by the pandemic, but which thanks to the strength and courage of the health managers, doctors and nurses, law enforcement officers, entrepreneurs and its citizens, has been able to react and stem the devastating expansion of the virus. The documentary tells how in a few days in the cities of Cremona, Crema, Bergamo, Brescia and Milan, far from the noise of politics, have built specific hospitals for counter the Coronavirus. Thanks to the help of Cuban doctors, doctors and nurses from Emergency, the Italian Army, and many other local associations, the hospitals of these provinces have managed to build a Maginot Line within which there is still fighting to curb the advance of the invisible enemy.
