Nicholas Nedelkopoulos is an established artist, his work is represented in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, the National Gallery of Australia and in numerous International and Australian Public and Private Collections. His work has been included in major historic exhibitions: the National Gallery of Australia＇s Federation touring exhibition, The Australian Bicentennial Folio and Victoria＇s 150th Anniversary exhibition curated at The State Library of Victoria and National Gallery of Victoria. He has a Diploma of Fine Arts from Victorian College of the Arts, a Master of Fine Art from the University of Melbourne (Victorian College of the Arts) and has a Doctorate from Monash University.

In 1972 in his last year as a secondary student he established and directed a film festival and in the following years worked on student film productions. In 1973 at Prahran College of Advanced Education he established a Super Eight Film Group and also directed the Prahran College student film appreciation society. He assisted filmmaker Michael Lee on The Mystical Rose and worked as the assistant editor on Lee＇s Turnaround and Razzle Dazzle Rhapsody.

Nedelkopoulos＇ first short film was made in 1971 on standard 8mm and he then moved to super 8mm and is now making mini digital videos. He is a self-taught filmmaker.
