In the 1932 drought, in Ceará, several concentration camps were created to imprison and prevent those affected from reaching the city of Fortaleza. Between documentary and fiction, the film travels through photos, documents and real stories, seeking to compile memories of a neglected past that represents one of the greatest tragedies of the 20th century in northeastern Brazil.
