Joe Hsieh, Taiwan independent animation film director, his work often explores the dark side of human nature, filled with thrilling suspense and styled with an oriental flair. His films were critically acclaimed - Meat Days won Best Animation in the 2008 San Diego Film Festival and The Present in the 2012 Taipei Film Festival and also nominated in the 2012 Golden Horse Awards.
