Originally from Chiba, Japan, Yu Matsushita moved to Vancouver to pursue her stunt - acting career. She has trained extensively in various dance forms, including ballet jazz, lyrical jazz, modern dance, contemporary, hip-hop and tap. Additionally, she has been trained professionally for theatrical singing. In Japan, she attended numerous performing arts schools including The Royal Ballet Company where she performed in multiple recitals.
